Small ones, definitely. Keep the interface clearer.

The first is much nicer. Although you could just put an option in for it.

My vote goes to the small ones, but agree that an option in the setup page would satisfy everyone

Options = Better

While your at it, could you make an option to make the Font's bigger? Not just the entire screen size...

I agree small points are more clean but less easyly clickable.
I suggest you a size beetween the two.

How about Small visible points but with a larger clickable circular area? But if points are close together the clickable area is reduced to the size of the visible points.

As in this screenshot. The pink circles show the clickable area and, of course, would not be visible in the real thing.
-- the clickable area is large for most of the points (as shown for the first three),
-- the last two points are close together so their clickable area is small.

Well, that could be possible, but seems unnecessary complicated to be honest.

I prefer the big ones. Allthough (now that it's the topic) I would love to see the handles (for "Q") less in the way by either

1) making them a bit transparent

or

2) only make them visible when going over a band with the mouse

Well, Miro to be honest I like it the way it is. When you work with Q a lot, it's just quite useful to see it all the time and being able to click on it asap. The opacity could be made lower, but I tried and it kinda looked ugly. I'll try again, maybe my taste has changed
