Is it possible to set up a MIDI CC to control the global tempo of a receptor 2? I currently use a MIDI Solutions 341II tempo generator pedal, but I would prefer to be able to use something simpler (one less pedal and connections). Ideas? My goal is mainly to use this to control the tempo of loops in Kontakt 3.

I use the same pedal. The only other thing I know of that would work is probably the Gordius Little Giant Module. It can translate a midi message into a stream of just about anything imaginable. It's expensive though.

It seems to me that it should be possible to implement a CC external midi trigger for the internal master tempo of the receptor (not an external tempo generator). The 341 pedal works fairly well, but it can be ungainly to have to have one more extra device when I already have a keyboard controller with trigger pads that can send any CC. Has anyone tried to set up a controller for the internal tempo of the receptor?

I've wished for such a thing. I'm miles away from my recptor now so this is just an idea... Kontakts tempo can be independant of receptors tempo so it may be possible to set up control of it directly.
