The foot controller cannot work with the Receptor as it needs drivers.

I've used the Behringer FCB1010. I havent honestly played with it a ton, but from what I can tell, it will do it all. It takes a lot of finessing but since its a true midi controller, everything is assignable.
I'll give it a shot here in the next few days and try to report back.
I know that people have used the FCB1010 to control Guitar Rig on a PC/MAC and this should be no different, just routing the MIDI to the Source effect, not to the globals.

I think muse have let us down here. Rig Kontrol has been around for a while and considering Guitar Rig and the receptor is pushed as a serious mobile guitar solution, it's disappointing they have not found the time to adapt the driver for NI's own hardware.

I have had success in the past using the FCB1010 for with Guitar Rig on Receptor. I used the buttons for patch changes, and then the expression pedals for modifying various parameters within Guitar Rig. It worked great, although I will say you've gotta have some MIDI programming chops to get the most out of the FCB1010... There is no friendly graphical interface like you get when programming the Rig Kontrol.

How do you connect the Receptor to your amp, so that the Guitar Rig modelling software can be amplified through it ? Is it absolutely necessary to use something like the FCB1010 or will other MIDI controllers do the job ?
Is NI's own Foot Kontrol still not compatible ? An earlier post suggested it won't work with a Rceptor because of a driver issue.
Any help with connections for this particular set up would be most appreciated !
Peter
