"a lawyer" should also sue Mute records, Ultravox, OMD, the Humn League, ClockDVA, Heaven17, Front242 and countless others for capitalising on the name of Kraftwerk and for using HiQ percussive hits ! also... Best Service sampling the Orchestron from records ? come on now... have you listened to those wonderful previews ?

Second, Best Service is not that kind of company. They make high quality products and they strictly respect copyrights, at least to my knowledge.

yes, also my opinion. i work together with best service and i know that they def. take care about copyrights.

Looks like the problem was really just in the copyright for the name.

It was added on Best Service's page yesterday (20.6.2011).
It says with a robotic voice...'Here I Am'.

Intended contents has not changed, just the name.

I already bought and downloaded the software on soundsondemand.com (bestservice) and i only can say, i am really impressed, fantastic unique "kraftwerkish" sounds no other plugin or synthesizer offers yet. It's worth every cent and i'm sure every Kraftwerk and electronic fan will love it !!!!
