Hi shebil,

I'm using v1.1.7 on WIN-XP SP3, too. It seems to be crashed your installer.
You might want to try the download again after delete cash files.
"DriverSetup.exe" may be iLok driver installer included in it.

Pretty sure downloading back the installer should do the trick.

Yes indeed. It installed without any problem. I think my net connection is to blame. Its very slow. Now I'm having a tough time downloading the free sample library because "resume download" is not supported

I cant wait to load that one

Hi otristan,

What is UVI's/USB's resale policy in regards to your soundcard products? I couldn't find anything on your websites regarding it...

I've just recently purchased the USB Producer Pack (it's in the mail) and I would like to know your resale policy incase I decide to sell it on further down the line! I've kinda bought it 'blindly' on a recommendation from a friend!

If there's any documentation on the interwebs then that would be great!

I've been getting a few of these (see below) errors inside of UVI Workstation...

Couldn't load the file '$Plugsound Pro.ufs/.Samples/FILENAMEstar'.

This seems to only happen with certain sounds inside Plugsound Pro and not my other USB Soundcards...

Can you help?

Could you tell me the name of the preset with its path so I can check on my end if I got this too ?

Hey otristan,

Here's a few examples…

Plugsound Pro > Presets > 03-Drums & Percs > 04-Urban > Maxi Kits:
01-Timba Maxi Kit 01
02-Timba Maxi Kit 02
04-Funk Maxi Kit 01
05-M&M Maxi Kit 01
06-R'n B Maxi Kit 01
11-Hip Hop Maxi Kit 03

And there's a few more presets from Plugsound Pro in other folders that bring up the "Couldn't load the file" errors!

I have checked my MD5 hashtag with the one on UVI's website and it matches! So I suspect I am not the only one getting these errors!

I cannot reproduce this.
Are you using UVIWorkstation 1.0.17 ?

If you mean v1.1.7 then yes! Latest version here! :s

EDIT: Hey otristan I solved it

My 'PlugsoundPro.ufs' was named 'Plugsound Pro.ufs' with a space in between. Think I might have renamed it, probably an OCD thing! Removed the space, all works fine now! :p

Not all. Only ones with slices settings embedded in the file (REX, Apple Loops, Acid loops)
