Hi forgive me but now i have a big problem
i downloaded waves one knob loude, one knob pressure and now i have also purchased maxxbass ( always from waves)
I followed instructions for use of jbridge, i created a folder into my c:\programs\cubase6 64 bit\vstplugin , called " bridged plugins" and followed umd ( the jbridge creator) instruction on jbridge ( run as administrator for all the three programs of jbridge and also for cubase 6 64 bit)
But when i rescanned the "waves " folder ( located in c:\programfiles (x86) )
to bridge also maxxbass, the same error at cubase start occurred ( could not find waveslib 8.0.dll in your computer and so on..) so i did not find waves plugins inside cubase.
Also, i deleted the .xml file of cubase for vst2 plugins, and rescanned the folders but with no result.
At last, i copied and pasted the waves8.0.dll directly in the
c:\programs\cubase6 64 bit\vstplugin
folder, so t make cubase find it, but it crashed and my system crashed and now i am re-installing cubase.
I am going mad. Could you please help me? which options of jbridge i should use so as not to have this problem anymore?

Running Waves v8r7 in Cubase6 x64 and Steinberg bridges them perfectly.

What version of Waves are you running?
I've had similar issues and installing the latest or just re installing the iLok drivers resolves the issue.
Why are you trying to use jBridge with Waves in Cubase as it's not needed!?
You don't need to re scan as Cubase will do that for you automatically.
Deleting the vstplugin.xml will delete the preset directories of where Cubase needs to find the plugins. Deleting it means you have to redirect cubase in the options\vstplugins\plugins path option in Cubases menu structure.
Deleting the vstblacklist.xml will delete any plugins that Cubase cannot handle or have caused Cubase to crash/hang. So when you relaunch Cubase on the vst scan (in the splash screen), cubase may hang. CTRL+ALT+DEL to close Cubase and then realunch, keep doing this until finally all the 'bad' plugins are ignored and Cubase will run.
If you want a solution to using jBridge with Waves follow these posts for help :

Basically to jBridge waves successfully, I had to install waves and all the files under one folder vstplugins\waves...this also included the shell.http://jstuff.wordpress.com/jbridge/jbr ... shooting/
22 - "How do I bridge Waves plugins"?
jBridge versions equal or above 1.2 support shell plugins bridging ( if your main host also supports them ).
If your host doesn't support shell plugins, there's two possible ways:
- Bridge the plugins located inside the Waves program folder instead ( They're invoked by the Waves shell .dll ).
or
- Convert the Waves shell .dll into vst's using the shell2vst utility and then bridge the files it creates. You can read more about shell2vst here:
