What I'm about to do is basically equivalent to closing my eyes and dreaming about Carla Bruni ...
I feel like I would want to use a dedicated, fairly large UI for the process of getting samples into OSCillators the way it's been done with wav2zebra or blueberry-thing. I also feel like there's potential for splitting analysis of a sample amongst multiple OSC or OSC-like modules via multi-band or formant-based analysis, and also some auto-adjustment of FFT-windowing based on dynamics analysis. Generally, that because there's a gap between what a Zebra OSC does well with and what's in a sample, then there are also some interesting solutions for closing that gap in ways that are pretty Zebra-friendly.
So, a plug that could ultimately save a Zebra patch with oscillators and MSEGs and whatever, or also just left in the plug with some pruned subset of Zebra functionality.
