For those that got the issue - the PDF with instructions for getting the serial is in the "Magazin Content/PDF" folder, T-Racks Shell (v3.1.x IIRC) itself is in the "software" folder. After you registered it, upgrading is a breeze.
The DVD also has a "Beat Studio" bundle like the CM Studio one, among it: DiscoDSP (Phantom), Tone2, Synapse Audio (EKS-9), Camel Audio (Alchemy Player Beat Edition), Torpedo PI-101 (Beat Edition), a sample-pack contest by Best Service (not on their page!) called "European Engine Battle", and there's a "Gecko" pack on it as well (Metal/Wood) IIRC.
There is NOT Magix Vandal SE or AM-Track SE on this issue's DVD. The "HipHop" sample content is not really... great either (mostly just assorted demo samples in WAV) - the DnB tutorial is sub-par (to say the least).

As long-time z3ta user, I feel highly offended. Especially if the upgrade will be <79USD or even <49USD.
But whatever - great synth, no-brainer price, awesome presets available for free on the net, cool modification, nice alternate skin by Limeflavour.

Crysonic never fixed their previous plug versions, even though they promised to in this forum (they were nearly unusable in any host), so they won't be seeing another penny from me.
