I'll assume you mean well, but it does _not_ turn anything into full t-racks suite. With the new Authorization manager you can authorize multiple serials at once. There is even a paste button so you can copy/paste them instead of all that typing.

The new authorization manager is faster than the old one but still has to authorize 1 by 1. It's a total PITA. You'd think if it needs me to login it'd know what product I own already, but no.

I get that it's just part of the life since I was too cheap to buy the deluxe box, but that's not the issue here; what's up with that confusing wording, wait till someone buy it to discover they're aren't owning any "suite"? We are owning separate products. What Brian posted makes it more confusing than the web site, that's just not nice.

I can now confirm that the "T-Racks Shell" bundled with BEAT #69 (July/August 2011) is a full-fledged version of Classic EQ/Metering/Standalone. Nice deal indeed. I'm curious if that one will be counted through the JamPoints system.

Anyway... if Brian or ObiK would be so kind and remind Peter that I've sent him a PM, that would be great. I offered a couple of FR's related to the serials (C/R) drama.

You can authorize multiple serials at once. Click add Serial.

If I just want to use the metering suite , is it available as a seperate vst on my system after install ??? Not sure what the "shell " is good for ???

Yes, the metering suite will be there as a separate VST

As for the shell, it has two variants, the VST and the standalone EXE. They both provide an effects rack where you can insert 12 T-RackS VST's with two 4 slot parallel chains then 1 4-slot serial chain.

The EXE standalone has the capability to process audio files through chains, either singly or in a batch.

downloading the latest singles updates as i was running 3.1 and i'm hoping thats why they wouldn't show up in the shell.. do i have to re-register the updates with this new auth manager ? i can't really find any info about updating.
Don't want to be using another of my registration allowances.

For those that got the issue - the PDF with instructions for getting the serial is in the "Magazin Content/PDF" folder, T-Racks Shell (v3.1.x IIRC) itself is in the "software" folder. After you registered it, upgrading is a breeze.

Hello Guys,

I didn't manage to have two TRacks singles working in the shell. Well the shell is here with several variations: Shell+EQ+Metering, EQ alone, Metering alone, but not able to load the clipper or the 610 compressor in it to build a chain.

I also update and burn some autorizations, without the need as my singles were already authorized... Well... It's not working.

Fill out a support ticket. it should be working fine, as for authorizations, no worries if you ever need more just let us know.

Just saw this thread....
I don't have any of the T-Racks Singles but I'm interested in getting this Shell deal. Do I need to already own the T-Racks Singles to use this Shell products or can these be used without? Are there any limitations with these plugs?
