It sure is. Will the frequency display be more granular (more bands), and more responsive than the current version? I'd love to see a screenshot with the spectrum display shown.
Thanks,
G

Love that Steven. Really looking sharp with the colours on the numbers instead of the knobs in the EQ section. One question, I know we'll be able to drag the EQ nodes, but are there any thoughts of setting up a mouse function for setting the Q via the nodes? I.E. crtl+drag up = widening Q; crtl+drag down= narrowing Q (obviously not actually crtl+click, cause I'd imagine that crtl+click on anything will return it to it's default values, including the nodes... crtl+ was just an example
).

please remove the http click link on the UI, this can be placed in a sub menu.

I'm not fully sure I understand this comment. Could you explain please? Do you mean on the image or the actual UI itself?topaz wrote:please remove the http click link on the UI, this can be placed in a sub menu.

Ah, another good call - I'll add this to the list even if it wasn't what he meantGeorgeZ wrote:He doesn't want to "accidentally" click anywhere on the GUI (including the logos etc) and get sent to the website. He wants the redirect to the website to be located in a menu... if I understand his post correctly.

Looks great yes. I would also like to find out if the Spectrum display will be more responsive in the new version. It just seems to lag slightly behind the input and output meters at times in the current version.Photo_G wrote:It sure is. I will respond to the spectrum analyzer questions shortly, but first, if anyone DOES NOT yet see MixControl in their user account, please let me know.
As for the spectrum analyzer, currently there is a lag in the visual feedback due to (from my understanding) a hard-coded FFT block size, but I am awaiting information on what changes will be made to allow users to change the size themselves. I will post more infomation later on today with updated info.
And for those looking for a wet/dry control in the gate - in will be included, barring any unforeseen issues with it's inclusion.

You should be all set nowlotus2035 wrote:My license isn't being accepted by the plug. Sent a mail off to support.
Also, for those of you using x64 versions of MixControl, there is a bug which will be addressed in the next update which prevents the x64 version from authorizing properly. There is a very simple workaround:
1. Install the 32-bit version and authorize it in the same fashion.
2. Once authorized, the 32-bit version can be removed completely.
3. x64 version will stay authorized properly.
It apparently does not happen to each x64 system, but quite sporadically. Again, it will be addressed in the new version and this workaround has worked for everyone experiencing the issue.
If there are any other bugs that you encounter, please submit them to us as soon as possible. We would like to make sure that it is bug-free and rock solid upon release.

My authorisation was a bit different as well.
Don't know if it is this way but just posting to let others that might have the same authorisation routine know.
The DNR website linked me to a code that I've copy-pasted into a .txt file renaming "MixControl License.license" instead of "MixControl License.txt" and than imported via the plugin's UI.
Installed on WIN XP SP2 32-bit vst.
