How does one add or change the presets displayed in the first page of MMultiBandDelay. Its the page of the plugin were 4 controls are displayed and on the left a list of presets i.e. Basic, Ping Pong, Mixed etc. are displayed in a column. Not the presets in the presets browser.

There is no way to do this. This is a special file. But you can make your own presets looking like this this way:
1) Create whatever settings you want.
2) Configure multiparameters. If you set name to a multiparameter, then it will be available from the first page.
3) Unclick the edit button, so you get to the easy screen and your multiparameters will appear even though your settings are not from the easy screen.
4) Save the preset.
Your preset won't be available from the easy screen, but it will be in the presets and when you load it, it will appear directly on the easy screen.
