Hi everyone!

My internet connection didn't work the last few days and I had a lot of time to work on my Zebra and ACE banks.

I think I learned a lot since my last Zebra bank and I really try to create the best presets I can. I just got ACE a few weeks ago and I barely scratched its surface so the presets might not be the best :hihi:
I'll make them available for free as soon as they are ready :)

Here are some audio demos:

Zebra:
A warm pad with a lot of subtle modulation: http://www.bronto-scorpio-music.com/Mus ... wn_Pad.mp3

A music box (doesn't try to be realistic): http://www.bronto-scorpio-music.com/Music/Lullaby.mp3

An evil bass: http://www.bronto-scorpio-music.com/Mus ... t_Bass.mp3

Just one held note: http://www.bronto-scorpio-music.com/Music/Floating.mp3

Two game sounds (The little gameboy start up sound and the melody): http://www.bronto-scorpio-music.com/Music/Game.mp3

And something crazy (One held note again): http://www.bronto-scorpio-music.com/Music/Space.mp3

ACE:
A slightly vocal-ish pad: http://www.bronto-scorpio-music.com/Music/Angels.mp3

Another pad:

Quote from the U-He website "100% free of Supersaws!"...I couldn't resist :hihi: : http://www.bronto-scorpio-music.com/Music/Supersaw.mp3

I hope you like some of the demos :)

Cheers

Each of the Zebra demos was really good, you managed to give each sound a good body thus making them unique and useful :) If you treat all your sounds this way then you will end up with a really good sound set.

Thanks :)
I learned a lot from your Tonemeister bank!

Really nice that you mention that each sound has a good body since I really focus on that part of the sound. It's a nice way to make even simple sounds very unique and a bit more natural :)

Very nice sounds and melodies! :)
Guess that not having an internet connection all the time is a good thing! :hihi:

Wow! When I heard the demo called 'Angels', first I thought you did a cover from Cisfinitum. A track from the "Heavenly" album. Listen :)

Btw, can you make a pad similar to the main sound of this?

Thanks for all the nice comments :)

The track is really great!
I really like those breathy/noisy pads too!

I'll try to come up with something similar, it won't be an exact duplicate though (mainly because I'm not really good at sound recreation :hihi:)

I finally finished a preset which is inspired by the track above :)
Really no recreation of a sound or something, just inspired by it :hihi:

Really nice to hear :)
Thanks for all the great comments again :)

I just posted an example of the Lullaby preset in the ValhallaRoom thread to demonstrate one of the new algos. It plays a melody from Final Fantasy VI:

Zebra and ValhallaRoom are the best two pieces of software I ever purchased :)

ValhallaRoom is amazing!
I used the Dark Space algo here, which isn't available yet (I used the latest beta).
Sean wants to update VRoom on monday. Maybe you should try the demo then since the 2 new algos are really great :)
