I tried a little bit with the MEqualizer...
I have a Novation Nocturn and wrap my plugins to use with Automap...
With your plugins I noticed, that they don't submit their parameter value changes by loading new presets...
It's not an Automap issue (with nearly all other it does work)...
Is there a way to change this behaviour??? Otherwise would be unuseable with my controller...

Exactly the same happens by using Melda plugs in Ableton live...
If you have mapped some controls by "Configure" and you change presets by the internal preset manager, the mapped values (which are represented as little sliders with their values in Live) don't get updated...they stay at their last value...
