I think it is the bad thing for Uhbik-D.Note: the order of taps is irrelevant, they all work in parallel.
But if I am right Zebrify can do it to delay unit in "serial" mode?

You interpret incorrectly (and therefore draw a false conclusion). Download the demo and see for yourself.runray wrote:If I understand the manual correctly...
What do you mean? Could you explain please. I would be grateful...Howard wrote:You interpret incorrectly (and therefore draw a false conclusion). Download the demo and see for yourself.runray wrote:If I understand the manual correctly...
You mean the manual that includes a section under "Tips for Uhbik-D" called "Ping Pong delay using the Haas effect" ??runray wrote:If I understand the manual correctly it is impossible... Am I right?![]()

Yes, I know! But recently I've read few comments on kvr and I thought that it works like this:... not to mention the two top-level presets called "Ping Pong 1" and "Ping Pong 2"!

Perhaps that should be added to the manual, as ping-pong is quite popular...Urs wrote:Uhbik-D however is a single delay line with multiple taps. Thus all delay times refer to zero, but not to each other. Nevertheless, ping pong can be done as well if the longest delay is the one that does the feedback!

Hehe - for many of us old folks that's the way we think of it because it's how we used to use our TEAC A-3340S to bounce audio between channels for the classic ping pong. I still prefer ping pong echo for most uses of echo to this day. I used to have a 4-channel discreet audio monitoring system and could have the echo going in circles. It's really cool you should try it sometime!runray wrote:Oops! My fault...![]()

It baffled me but now I understand! Thank you guys!
