I'm sorry if you think I'm just a fanboy, which I've never been in my 40-year music career, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the Uhbik effects plugins.

I finally own the bundle, and the sounds I've gotten from them are unreal. I was hoping to get a Bode frequency shifter type effect ala "The First Seven Days" and after opening the Uhbik-S Frequency Shifter, within a few minutes I had exactly what I've been searching for for years. The effects are robust and deep and open up much more territory than other effects plugins, and the sounds are smooth and silky and creamy and so "not harsh." They seem to somehow avoid the screaming harsh peaking and remain musical in character where others become noise, all while producing gorgeously deep sonic goodness that I've never been able to find in all the hundreds of previous plugs...just...wow. I am also particularly in love with the Uhbik-F Post Retro Flanger. You use flanging? This thing will kill you, dead. It has better sound than the original MXR rackmount and millions of times more control and possibilities. Damn!

The Uhbik demo is a must-try. If you haven't dived into this deep sonic pool yet, you owe it to your future music to do so. It'll be the most refreshing swim you've had in a long time. Just be warned, once you've tried even one of these, you WILL need it.

The Uhbik bundle is really great! Every single Uhbik plugin is amazing! I first thought that I wouldn't have a use for Uhbik-T and Uhbik-S but I was proven wrong :)

You can never go wrong with U-He products :hihi:

I love the Uhbiks too. There's usually at least one on every channel. The phaser and flanger are two of the best (standalones) out there I think, and Runciter is fantastic. I like the immediacy of the delay too. And the shifter thingy... they're all really functional and sound awesome.

I love to have it as a pitch shifter on a send with a big reverb (Uhbik-A for example) behind it :)

Yep, Uhbik is awesome! :)
Replaced most of the reverbs and delays in my templates with A and D.
My favorite Uhbik plugs atm are: Runciter, F, P, S.

I own a vintage Mu-Tron BiPhase phase shifter that I bought new around 1980. Gosh, we've been together for over 30 years :o The freakin' thing is gargantuan and built like a tank! Anyway, it's considered by many to be one of the best ever made, and was a big part of George Duke's synth sound and Joe Zawinul's Rhodes sound in the 70's. I plan on doing a comparison between it and Uhbik-P at some point. If there's interest, I'll record samples for comparison.

If as I suspect the Uhbik-P compares favorably, I'll be selling my precious on eBay soon.

[EDIT] It sold for the full price ($495) within one or two minutes of posting...

me loves em aswell, can't say enough good things about them.

Q is on almost every track, including the master. Things just seem to fall into place with these plugs.

i mainly use FL producer instead of my sonar producer and it make FL's sound comparable to sonar.

Thank you Uhbik!

Don't part with it just yet ... Uhbik-P is very different (might one day get there too though)

Urs, if you need a Bi-Phase let me know. It's in really great condition!

My quick and dirty tests reveal that with careful tweaking, there isn't much you can do with the Bi-Phase that can't be duplicated in P. Of course the reverse is surely not the case. The one thing the Mu-Tron has is a serial setting so you can feed the left effect channel into the right. I used to do that with my old single oscillator Roland SH-1000 (first Japanese synth - still have it but I modded it beyond recognition). But I wouldn't even want to do it now.
