I had a real tough time narrowing down which among my short list to choose... and in what order.
1. Major Tomita+
2. Eloys
3. seventhSynthapy+
Really cool patches all around.

This is my first ZPC. I've had Zebra for about a year, but have only just now had the time and mental space to get into it. This competition is a great way to get to learn the synth, I'll definitely be taking part in the future patch contests. So, cheers to everyone here at KVR, and to Urs and Howard for the great tutorials and support!
Most of these patches were great -- my own pathetic attempt not one of them. However, since I have to pick three:
1) Cloud Chords
2) Helvetica
3) Monks

3 - Bach Reonswitched
2 - Chordata+
1 - Major Tomita +
This was really painfully hard ............ I even considering not voting in protest!
Bach reonswitching is just phenomenal!!!! That must be one skillful dude! Incredible!
After that it was harder.. Chordata+, Major Tomita + and In B Flat+ were all great and i think i spent 20 min switching between them thinking "oh yeah, this one was great" whenever i loaded one of them.
Chordata came second as i think that of the three remaining, it was the most complex and original one. While Major Tomita + was a pad .. which isnt original, it's x/y brought it to life! The swirl and woosh especially!
The one that didnt make it, In B Flat+, is a very usefull patch and it sounds great! I just had to mention it so the author knows..
Bach Reonswitched.......... holy sh*t!

Good job all!
Don't for get one synth challenge as it is Zebralette this month .. but damn you if you push me down from nr1 (which i will score ofc as i NEED zebra
)

I'm glad you decided to vote after all -- this has been one of the closest voting rounds I've seen. I'm sure every vote is going to count and it's going to come down to a 1-2 vote win...Crackbaby wrote:I even considering not voting in protest!

There is a lot of great sounding patches and now is really hard to vote
1. dance2env (3 points) - for an old school dance feeling
2. Rabbits don_t like cicles (2 points) - I love this chord and timbre, something like a pluck from "Funabashi"-type progressive trance
3. Eternal Peace (1 point) is great chord pad, thank you author, I will use it soon

1: Show me the finger -> 3 Points
2: Eternal Peace -> 2 Points
3: Vario Club Chord MW -> 1 Point
I've appreciated a lot the first two "spacey and ambient" patches, it was really relaxing playing and listening to these two sounds.
Third one is more near to the classic chord stuff but also this one have something that bring to me some ambience.
Great contest anyway, there are a lot of useful patches!
