Installed Receptor Tools on a new Windows 7 computer. The Receptor Remote Control sees my Receptor but it won't open the Viewer because it can't find it. However, I found the application vsnviewer with Windows Explorer and I can open it using 'Receptor' as the vsncarrier and password. Is there a fix for this? Is this a Windows 7 issue? I'm using a direct connection to the computer using a crossover cable.

You probably have a 64-bit windows computer. This problem occurs because Receptor remote is still a 32 bit application. That means windows installs it under program files x86, but Receptor remote still tries to find the appropriate files and applications it's looking for under c/Program Files.
