Hello, just wanted to ask about this website, will it be online sooner?

Post

The sooner the better IMHO. Can't promise a time, but it *will* happen.

Thanks will wait, just was curious to learn more sound designing with Zebra after watching your videos.

Yep, it will all be about synth sound design :-)

Post

Any news about patchpender.com ?

Post

There are no concrete plans for Patchbender - sorry. To compete with major synth-oriented forums, it would take a lot of time and effort to "run". TBH I have changed my mind about Patchbender - I think my time is better spent elsewhere.
But... you never know what the future might bring...

Post

Yeah... it's too much work atm.

We had high hopes to get people involved in sound design competitions and stuff, but the competitions organised in our kvr forum only reached very few users.

Then, just posting tutorials on Youtube and getting word out through social networks has almost replaced Patchbender's original idea. Everything else could be published on our "normal" website - if we ever found a way to keep updating it more frequently.

I think we can start doing that fairly soon. I'll talk to Clem about it...

Well, we just need to keep our "top news" with updates and stuff on a few little boxes on top of the page... then we can post blog entries of '"lesser" importance.

Pity to hear that patchbender won't go live, at least not in the foreseeable future.

But beeing a software developer myself I understand quite well - there is nearly never enough time for all things which have to be done and those things you want to squish into your brimmed timetable.

Wish you good look and thanks for your great work!
