I for the life of me can not get Turnado to work in VDJ, Turnado seems to be the product i'm looking for, but if i can't get it to work with VDJ, then its useless to me.

Anyone have any tips, info, or tutorials that MIGHT could point me in the right direction?

Alright, well I got the turnado program to open, Now when i try to use the settings to configure it with my audio in/out.

i get messages saying "error getting device info"
and " could not start audio engine "

Sounds like you are using the standalone version with incorrect settings (which OS you are using? whats the name of your soundcard?). You have to move (or install or copy) the Turnado.DLL!!! to the VDJ VST folder.

Windows 7

the sound card is a Hercules RMX controller (with built in sound card)

The best i've got it to do is pick up sounds though my laptops mic, and use the effects on whatever it hears.

I have copied the .dll in the sound effects folder for VDJ.

So i dunno whats up with it.

I just tried the VDJ free version. It supports no VST plugins.
There should be a forum on the VDJ website, or the VDJ support team should be able to shed some light on this question.
