I see that the jazz swing rhythms are written as 16th note triplets, which gives the feeling of double tempo feel. I realize that I can create my own 8th note triplet feel etc (in fact I'm realizing that I can pretty well do anything I can imagine with this incredible program), but just wondering if there is any particular reason for the way you have done this?

Well, I think it's a matter of what you are used to. Anyway if you find them "double tempo feel", you can simply go to the rhythm editor and use "advanced" features. There are many functions from simple half time, half time feel up to some weird things. :)

Yes, I see that I can (for example) put one of your jazz rhythms into half speed, then adjust loop lengths and break lengths to what I want, then save that as a new rhythm; so easy.
And to make my own similar loops from scratch, I can learn quickly by looking closely at how you have used velocity and probability to achieve realistic patterns that vary.
