ivory not recognised anymore

Ivory plugin, which uses ilok, is no longer working. It has a permanent ?? before it in the list of plugins. The other plugins using the same ilok are working fine. Have bought new ilok2 and transferred the licences but to no avail. Any suggestions anyone

You might try running "refresh Plugins" on the setup page under run utilities.

Another thing to try ....

If you have another computer with an Ivory installation, you could use your iLok in the other computer, to make sure that the Ivory authorizes correctly. This would confirm that your license/iLok is correct, and isolate the problem to the installation on Receptor.
