Increase poll options?

Reading the phpBB FAQ it seems that the administrator can increase the number of options a user may vote for in a poll, which would be useful for some of the contests running on the board - e.g. voters in the u-he patch contest choose their top 5 patches.

Would it also be possible to increase the total number of voting options that can be included in a poll to, say, 100 (we've occasionally had more than 50 patches submitted)?

Also, at present the results of a poll are visible to hidden users, but not visible to logged on users who haven't voted. It would make more sense for results to be visible only to users who are both logged on and have voted.
