Mono Render Issue

I am demo-ing MAutoEqualizer (VST 32) and whenever I render a mono audio file with the plugin, the rendered audio is truncated to the first 15 frames (1/2 second) and the rest is blank. However, if I make the mono clip into a stereo file (by duplicating mono file to a L/R interleaved stereo file), the plugin processes correctly. Changing any of the setup settings has no effect. Any ideas?

But what is the host you are using for the plugin?

Where can I get demo of this host? Frankly I never heard of it and the only website I have found, which is "http://www.fairlightus.com/products-dream.html" doesn't seem to contain it (it also looks like 20 years old, so it probably isn't it).

Wait a sec, this is some kind of console, right? I'm afraid I have no way to check this, I suggest asking their support. I can ask them as well, but I have no further information about the problem.
