Anyone know if the Slate Trigger Mac AU plugin is native x64?

Bought it anyway. As to be expected, it's f**king x86, both VST and AU.
Why will developers always mess around with Win7 x64 and be proud of oh-how-modern they are, but then never seem to think that Mac users MIGHT have upgraded to Lion and use x64 as well?!
EDIT: ...but not enough. The GUI of the AU version won't show in Reaper.
Thanks. Really, THANKS.
EDIT 2: Holy f*ck, it doesn't even save its Instrument/Preset path!!!

GreyLion, I thank you / shake my fist at you for sharing that harmony-central guitar deals thread.
Do you happen to know why everyone over there seems so preoccupied with getting music123 to match prices? I wonder why they don't just buy the stuff from the sites offering the discounts to begin with.
EDIT - Just went back and noticed people mentioning the music123 110% price matching guarantee, so that must be it.

Yeah, I've found some killer deals there over the years, though the contortions that some folks go through to get that last $3 or so off by doing price-matches seems a little over-the-top to me. Sometimes the price-match is significant, but they get too emotional about the whole thing. The deal is the deal. Walk away if you don't like it.
Four or five months ago, they had a small war in that thread regarding talk-talk about deals, and now they allow the rambling to go on and on. Not to diss them, HC is a different place, but I MUCH prefer us having our deals and discussions split into two threads at KVR. The HC thread sometimes goes on for pages without an actual deal posted...
But, really, if you're into the guitar-related hardware, that thread is the place to be. And you have to stay on top of it, even more than here, as too many of those things last for literally minutes sometimes. Perhaps in contradiction to my comments a few paras above -- Much, much props to the HC guys for being so aggressive on occasion.

From jsp1979 in the Bargains thread --
20% off anything at the Cakewalk Store using the code "BUNDLEUP"
They still have their Christmas specials up so you can use the code on Tassman 4 (to get the price to approx. $79) and the full version of Notion 3 (to get the price to approx. $96).
Disclaimer: All those prices are from the U.S. store. The prices and such may be different in your region.

This puts the upgrade price for Z3ta+ 2.1 at $39.20. I've got it in my cart now. It's..... nearly irresistable...
I DON'T NEED another awesome synth.

It's payback for all those deals you've posted and I've ended up buying!GreyLion wrote: This puts the upgrade price for Z3ta+ 2.1 at $39.20. I've got it in my cart now. It's..... nearly irresistable...

In all seriousness, I love Z3ta+ 2. I loved the sound of the original, and all the enhancements (including a much better GUI) just take it to the next level. It was good before...it's even better in v.2.
As for me, I need someone to talk me out of Geist, which is beckoning me over at the fxpansion site.

Dammit, jsp1979, you're like one of those guys in the crowd on the ground yelling 'Jump! Jump!'...
Which I just did. Thanks!
EDIT: I just bet you'd LOOOOOOVE Geist.

Ye mate, same here, but at $39.20 (and yes, as soon as I got the mail I checked if the coupon code worked... was thinking ok getting expanded+zeta2 but CW can go f%^k themselves, not paying for an update of drag and drop functionality that should have been in the initial release.... assholes!). So, what to do? I pulled the trigger on the zeta upgradeGreyLion wrote:This puts the upgrade price for Z3ta+ 2.1 at $39.20. I've got it in my cart now. It's..... nearly irresistable...

EDIT: My oh my... what a great update. Z3TA+ sounded huge and amazing... but this is the next level up

You win. I bought it. I noticed Musician's Friend had the old $249 price on it, and I called them and got the price match +10% (of the difference) deal.GreyLion wrote: EDIT: I just bet you'd LOOOOOOVE Geist.
It's on the way to my house for a smooth $139. Merry Christmas! (to me.)
@GeorgeZ:
I told you guys...Z3ta 2 takes it to the next level. I love it.

optofonik is having a group buy discussion here for GRM Tools V3. A few people expressed they had big problems with stability so he deleted the thread and started a new one. I posted there that I find this misleading but I wouldn't be surprised if he deletes that thread aswell. So I post here aswell.
Here's the posting I put on the new thread:
This is not funny: Some people expressed that GRM Tools do have serious stability problems to the degree that the plug-ins are not usable and that there are no timely bug fixes.
So you chose to keep this information back from potential buyers who then later may have a nasty surprise?
This concealement is mischievous behaviour. Unacceptable.
You can also stop sending me private messages. I will not read them anymore and I will not shut up. This is a free forum.

I had the same experience with Optofonik - after expressing my opinion about GRM Tools in "his" first thread he attacked me personally via PMs - one of those Internet encounters one does not want to have.blue monk wrote:optofonik is having a group buy discussion here for GRM Tools V3.
