This guy's explanation for why he has warez in the first place is absolutely without a logical/moral basis:

1. I want to try out the software to see if I like it.

2. I didn't want to lose my presets.


Regarding 1. No legitimate music software doesn't have some type of demo download/trial period mode to try out whether or not you like the software. Yeah, they can be a hassle, but play by the rules setup by the developer or go look elsewhere for a less restrictive demo of a different product.

Regarding 2. The fact that he had his own presets means that he went way past the point of just giving the plugins a trial run. Dude was spending time making presets. You do that after you give the demo version a run-through specifically so that you don't waste time and just get on to making music with the full version.

Seems that he deserves every bit of shame cast on him across the interwebs, as does Future Music magazine.

Never heard of him before either and won't bother to check out tracks. Way too much good stuff for legitimately free these days anyways. Who else is addicted to www.noisetrade.com ?

Those chairs are available all over the US at office supply stores. Not conducive to recording while holding a guitar in your lap. I know, I have one as well. They nearly give these away on sale at well under $100.

I will never ever buy another desk chair where the back support is given by the arms of the chair. Removable arms for me or no arms at all.

The desk - very cool, but the thing that scares me is the lighting of the controller keyboard. It looks like neon, but must be blue LEDs. If it was neon, what a nightmare for noise.
