Is anyone on the forum using a volume pedal for their Receptor.
I was looking at the Yamaha FC7
volume pedal ..what kind?

The question of what volume pedal to use is entirely dependent upon what MIDI keyboard you are controlling your Receptor with as the Receptor doesn't have a control pedal input. If you're using a Yamaha keyboard with a control pedal input the FC-7 is the best choice. While the FC-7's polarity isn't compatible with Roland and Kurzweil keyboards people often use polarity adapters such as this one from Ashby solutions because they like the size and feel of the FC-7s.

An expression pedal would be the way to go, but I'm using a Kronos to control the receptor and I don't see anywhere in the menus to assign the pedal to an external source.
I may have to go with a volume pedal with inputs and output(more cables to deal with)
Any suggestions on a good volume pedal thats not too expensive (blew all my money on the Kronos)
