Here's my little Diva song. :) Can't get rid of that clicks in the dubstepish part... They appear only after rendering, even when playing quality is set to divine ... will investigate. Anyway, hope someone wil like it. :)

Live as DAW.
FX: Melda, Khjaerus, StereoTool, Reacomp, TalFilter, Ambience, BuzMaxi. :)

Edit: Click's are gone. Little lame attack solving, but anyway. Also better lead sound. Mixing could be better and it could use few extra hours of work, but i like it already and have not much more time to invest. :/ Especially with Diva's rendering times.

My first submission to OSC ever! :) I guess it's not gonna win anything, but It was fan doing it ... eventhough as I said, It really could use few more FX patches, layer more Divas for kickdrum, may be different tempo ... naaaah. Overthinking live, right here! :D

Anyway. Can't believe how fat this simple unisono saw soudns with just 4 voices ... Awesome synth! Hungry, but awesome.

Btw how it is with additional editing? I'd like to add a little tail to the pluck to make it bit less "jumpy". Is it allowed?

Notes

Firstly it was going to call the track "Magic vibrating sounds on water" but the name was very large to me, although it fitted perfectly with the main idea i had previously in my mind, magic coloured rings and ripples on water which does vibrating sounds.
The way i see things when daydreaming. (Yes, i must be mad but i don't care, haha)

Track composed in 12 hours (+ 2 mastering it).

All presets were made from scratch, that's why it took more time this month, and also they are not very special lol.
Now i noticed that there were presets for Diva already, maybe i will do another track with the new presets this month if i get some time.
No CPU problems really, although Diva it's a CPU hungry synth. It was 70% CPU playing everything in real time in draft mode.

Diva is a great synth, amazing sound from it, very analog, as i said, it's like a MiniMoog with steroids, average difficult to tweak, average/high on CPU, with nice filters and capabilities. I think Diva it's a name more proper for Diving into synthesis, than a woman. But both equally hard to understand :lol:

Please download for better quality, i noticed that the transients and loudness in the track it's not equal in the SoundCloud player than the MP3 i uploaded.
I hope you all like it.
As usually, any problem, let me know and feel free to comment and criticize my work, i want to be better and i want a Zebra since it's on the market, lol.

I will share some of my crappy presets when the contest finish. ;)

PD: Deal with a phaser plus long tail reverb when mastering if you have balls, lol.

Hi guys...

here's my entry: "Scottish Snowfalls"

While I'm working on my Soundbank for Diva, the time came to finish my track, too! The idea came obviously, while I was crafting new sounds... yeah, it is kind of strange stuff, but I think it's cool! Just don't listen to it too often, or that bagpipe will destroy your brain! :hihi:

I did not do any effect sounds like swooshes and swishes... it would have destroyed that "real feel" for the snares and the bagpipes - the "snowflakes" and the ambience itself is enough for the magical feel, isn't it?

Normally, I don't like bagpipes that much. But in this case, I thought it is cool to try it out... I hope you like the result as much as I do!

If anyone thinks, I'm that scottish guys on the cover: "No, I'm not" :D
I just ripped off that picture, put some snow on top and that's it ;)
