Hi found an issue with Uhbik 1.2 I installed data and .dll to Vst Plugins within Cubase 6 (64 bit) folder.

On starting Cubase 6 it won't iniialize and crashes as all the Uhbik plugs have some issue report such as ths ... u-he error

"file couldn't be created to C:\program files\steinberg\cubase6\vstplugins\uhbik\uhbik.data\com.u-he.Uhbik-P.midimap.txt"

If I remove Uhbik folder obviously no issue

For comparison it's working fine with the same setup but Cubase Studio 4 (64) rather than Cubase 6.

It's the typical issue that Uhbik.data isn't writable - moved it into your documents folder as explaind in the installation manual (or in the thread about Windows7 permission fix)

One of my top priorities for next year is making it more elegant, like offering a workaround straight out of the plug.

Oh sorry to waste your time an RTFM ... I had a look but not hard enough I guess
