Cheers for the submission, but read the previous posts abou Tal Dub 2, and about Soundhack's Pitch-Delay it's so radical I think that falls under the rule about transforming the sound too much so you might want to replace both before the deadline.

From Hixonrodriguez

Regarding the contest. I didt read the rules first before uploading, so I disqualify myself. I tried removing the track from the soundcloud contest page, but could not. If the admin gets this, please remove track. :P thats what happens when you dont read the rules first. I used Nerve for drums, and some Live effects. Sorry guys

Post

But you can always change the drums for Diva and effects for free-and-easily-available ones, still 4-5 days to go.

Sounds good, I will re-submit a whole new song rather. I also used Sylenth in that track I uploaded, so I will just make a new track with only Diva, and freeware. Does Xfer freeware DJM effect count?

Sylenth is golden, but not in an OSC.

Umm, Sylenth would be awesome to use for a competition.. Anyone up for it? ;)

About Xfer DJM I can't find it either on the Xfer site or here?

It was a link Steve Duda tweeted a little while back I think. I dont have the link anymore, but I do have the component, and vst data for Mac users. Email me if anyone wants them. vertibration (at) gmail dot com

Found the link

http://www.xferrecords.com/freeware/

I believe that Steve sent this to Nerve Customers. So if you own Nerve, I would think the use of this freeware is encouraged.

I would be up for it if you could get us a free version to use. A full license would be great, but a time-limited one would work as well. I know I for one don't have the bucks to put down for it at the moment. I suspect in the aftermath of Christmas and the holiday season, most of us are low on disposable income.

Post

Ah yes there it is. Would be easy to find as long as the search was for Steve Duda DJM. (the 8-Bit Shaper is cool too).

A time limited fully working Sylenth would be awesome but I very much doubt Lennard would put out a fully working model just for this.

Still, there ought to be at least one commercial synth put on every year so why not Sylenth, let's see.

Hi folks, hope you're all fine.
Sorry for being quiet for a long time, but things were not that fine during the last months. Ok, this is not the place to complain.
Today i found some time and had a date with Diva. Oh boy, here i feel like home:
Nailing Moog basses, zapping and singing Roland filters. Just started a track for the OSC. Hope i get it done till deadline.

Have a good time and make more music.

Cheers,
Gerald
