Hi, I have a track with an instance of MAutoDynamicEq as an insert. I like to automate the bypass button in Cubase and use this a lot to, for example, change effects on a snare between verse and chorus however with MAutoDynamicEq there is a slight click when the bypass is cleared. Is there a way around this?
My setup is Cubase 64 running on Windows 7 64
Click noise when enabled

Well, I suggest automating dry/wet instead.

Thanks that was what I was going to try next but I just discovered setting over sampling to 1 from the 2 that I was using solves the problem

Aaaha, yes, that is possible - oversampling contains LP filtering, which produces pre- and post-ringing, which may be interrupted by the bypass. This could theoretically be solved, but at the expense of much higher CPU usage when bypassed, which is probably not worth it.Keith99 wrote:Thanks that was what I was going to try next but I just discovered setting over sampling to 1 from the 2 that I was using solves the problem
