Am I right in thinking that more than one session can be open at any one time? As I'd like to request an option to use a single tabbed window instead of multi windows.

Any chance of a reply please Jo
I'd also like to know if its possible to copy paste between sessions? If not then I'd like to put a request in for that too please.
In Muzys on first saving a song I'm asked if I want sounds embedded into the project does this apply to Mu-Lab too? Again if it doesn't could I request it please.
I'm not being lazy I really don't have time lately to even switch my laptop on as we've just had a baby! so I sleep when I get spare time

Please note that if i cannot reply to everything. I do read everything, and if a certain feature request is ok, i add it to the wishlist. So posting FRs is ok, but please don't expect a reply on each one. I must be careful with my time spending, all in function of mulab's development. Hope you understand.sadhakayuj wrote:Any chance of a reply please Jo
Yes, you can use the copy-paste parts and modules, via the copy-paste context functions or via drag-drop.I'd also like to know if its possible to copy paste between sessions? If not then I'd like to put a request in for that too please.
SESSION -> Sample Manager -> Embed All.In Muzys on first saving a song I'm asked if I want sounds embedded into the project does this apply to Mu-Lab too? Again if it doesn't could I request it please.

how do we know if you've added a request to the wishlist? The file manager Cubic Explorer site has a page to view these requests, do you have anything like this? just so we know what's added and not to re-request something.

No there is not such file. The wishlist is full of technical annotations about the requests so i would have to edit it before publishing it, which would take time. I don't think that's good time spending.
So how do you know? Well, besides searching the MuTools forum posts, if i don't reply on a FR that means that
1) the FR is already on the wishlist
2) the FR is not accepted
So how do you know whether it's 1 or 2?
The next versions of MuLab will implicitly tell you.
If it's not yet in there, then it did not yet have enough priority or it is reason 2.
About prioritizing the wishlist items:
From time to time, i do a poll here on the forum to get a feeling of users' priorities. I also talk to people outside the forum. Then all this input together evolves into a design decision.

hmmm... thanks for the detailed explanation
I wouldn't expect you to add such a page on my account, it must be an awful lot of work. I just thought if a request was posted could you at least answer Yes, No or Added. Just one word to let users know? I realise and fully appreciate you needing to prioritise your time and I really don't wish to divert you from your work. Just a thought that's all. What do other users think? Informative or pointless?

I'll keep doing it as described. Even short messages take time. And most of the time, a short message will create new questions.

I've always like the user feedback feature request forum (through uservoice.com)thing that Cableguys have for Curve
It's an easy way to see what features are most wanted AND cableguys give also an indication how much time/work a feature implementation will possibly have
But most important is what Jo finds a good way to handle FR's for himself, and his personal development vision, it's not only about us!
