Nah, PayPal doesn't work for us.

We're going to give Fastspring a try as alternative processor. We'll the directly compare what kind of currency conversion fees they take and how well they perform. And then either continue the quest for the best, or start doing our own processing.

We'll see. I first need a vacation though.

You guys earn a vacation well! DIVA is AWESOME, recommended it at once to all my fellow synthheads and I hope you get lot of sales from it!!! I'm lucky to have a quad i7 though, it is one beast on processor-power...

I'm glad u-he are moving away from share-it. I ordered Diva 5 mins ago and my order is delayed.

This happens every order, despite that I've ordered 30+ products from share-it using the same credentials/account. They always get paid, so I don't get what the big hold up is. It's only share-it that does this (for no explicable reason).

Having a choice, I'd never use them, so from me. Have a good vacation

Shareit sucks because it doesn't work reliably and consistently but at least they are not evil. Urs I'm sure you know how evil Paypal is. Please do not support them. There are a lot of alternatives.

Isn't Google checkout working relatively well now? At least I've had zero problems using it.

I've worked with them from a business side before and its a nightmare there too. I hate the damn company so much.

Between Square and Google checkout (or Amazon Payments) my needs are covered pretty well now. If I need a custom solution for my clients I use Authorize.net.

I have had problems with Digital River GmbH (share-it!) every single time I try to buy your stuff. They keep rejecting all my cards, both private and company without any explanation and I have no problems on other sitestores at all, just Share-It...

I'm in the US and my credit cards never go through with Share-It on the first try. However, it is not Share-It but Visa that is rejecting the transaction. Visa's computer systems flag the transaction as suspicious -- possible fraud.

If you call up your credit card company and tell them it is a legitimate transaction and redo the purchase, it should go through. I have done this for 2 or 3 Share-It purchases without a problem.

Thanks for the tip, but I've had it with Share-It! Urs gave me an alternative way to pay for now, a little troublesome as I really wanted to use my company-card for the purchase, but it's just some extra paperwork... Better than to wait for DIVA...

They forwarded to verified by Visa but then gave a message saying something about my IP address, and I then selected paypal and paid trough that. Yet, I have nothing on my paypal account and just a message from share it saying my order needs to be reviewed and that that should happen in 12 hours.

Will not use share it again. I don't like this kind of thing.

I had the same procedure for Zebra. Be patient, you will get the download.

I am patient, but still I will not use this payment system again. My account does not show any order, paypal neither, their website can not link correctly to verified by Visa (which never happened since I started using it). The whole thing seems fishy to me.

EDIT:

Actually, it does show an order now but says payment not received, and paypal shows nothing. I think payment failed, but can't be sure.
