Hey,

I just bought Zebra 2 and downloaded it from the website.
I have not yet licensed it, so still in demo mode.

I want to ask a few things before I license my product.
When I select U-he Zebra in Cubase, it shows the following screen:

When I click on the screen it opens Zebra, the rest of the screen will go darker:

All the other synths/vst's I use open immediately and the screen doesn't go dark. When I click somewhere in Cubase (like editing something) then the screen as in picture 1 opens again.

Is this normal?

Question two:
When I want to register, how does it really work?
Just fill in the code at the 'enter registration number' ??

I don't use Cubase but that is similar to how Reaper acts when bridging a 32-bit plugin in a 64-bit host. IS your version of Cubase 64-bit? If so, it's possible Cubase is loading the 32-bit version of Zebra2 and not the 64-bit version. I don't know how to disable/remove the 32-bit version of Zebra2 on a mac so that Cubase only finds the 64-bit version.

All you have to do is right-click at the top in the information screen and select "Enter Registration...". Be sure to enter your name and serial exactly as you got from u-he.com or weird things can happen to Zebra over time.

Thanks for the quick reply!
Yes I use Cubase in 64-bit so that could be the problem.

Does anyone else know how to disable the 32-bit version of Zebra2 on a Mac?
I have no idea really.

Unfortunately we don't have a 64-bit VST for Mac yet

We're working on 64-bit VST3 support for that, it's Clemens' main task while I'm on vacation...

Okay thanks for your reply.
When I use Cubase in 32-bit it works better!

Hopefully the 64-bit version for mac will come soon :)

Thanks guys.
