Mind you though, most people have their HW reverbs patched through an (usually) analog mixing desk (or an even more complex analog signal path), which adds its own sound. Perhaps that's why people tend to hear the differences.
...if one use digital output than it IS the same,off course...but it is only one of possible choices you have...
to ttoz-- calm down please and read my post with some distance...it was not meant to bash Lexicon plugins quality at all /becouse I really like them/,but only as hyper-reaction on some people who never have enough of something...thats why I have added

I'd be very interested in trying an AA EQ.
If it sounds like the CL I'd go for it.
Regarding the "there's a ton of Eqs out there" there are also a ton of compressor plugins out there too and the CL definitely stands out, I've tried a lot of compressors and this one really blew me away.
