Can't acces HD with Remote Control after upgrading to 1.9

As stated in the Title, I can't access Receptor's Drive using Remote Control.
I tried this with Windows 7 (32&64) and Windows XP (32). Everything worked fine before upgrading. I copied the File (receptor-update 1.9....) using Remote Control, but after rebooting, there's always an error when I'm clicking "Receptor Drive" (the path doesn't exist and then: Failed to kill process ...... - error code 3).
I can mount the Drive using Windows Explorer (Mount Network drive), but I want to use Direct Install for Komplete 7, and it uses Remote Control to copy Files to the Receptor.
Is there a way to manually copy the Files in the Receptor without using Direct Install, and then finish the setup with Direct Install?
Does anybody have the same issue with v1.9?
Thanks for your help

Same here, Since 1.9 I can't seem to access the receptor hard drive. The mixer gui opens but not the hard drive.

I tried to revert to v 1.8, but it isn't possible.
For now I can't use Direct Install.
Fortunately, I can mount Receptor's Drive as Network Disk in Windows,
bur I can't install Komplete.

HI Morphbay,

I can confirm that multiple users are having trouble accessing the hard drive with Remote on this release of the software. However, in our tests the file transfer system used by direct install was unaffected. Have you tried to start a direct install session? Or did you get stuck somewhere while doing that?

So is there a workaround to get access and install plug-ins Kevin?
Should we delete the old network connection and create a new one?

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for your answer.
When I try to "Copy Disc 1: Komplete 7 Installation Disc" in Direct Install,
I'm receiving this Message: 1. Preparing to copy then 2.Error copying File or Folder "Cannot create or replace Komplete7\: The Network Path was not found"
I tried this on 4 different systems: Win 7 32 & 64 French, Win XP32 SP3 French and Win XP32 SP3 English.

For those needing to access Receptor's 1.9 HD with Windows go to
"My Computer" if you don't see Receptor's Drive click on Tools -> Map Network Drive then enter the IP or Name of the Receptor.

Have a Nice Day

I'm pleased to announce we've released an update to Receptor Remote that fixes this issue. The update can be obtained at the link below. Other fixes include better support for 64 bit windows (it can connect with the viewer correctly), and a new name: Muse Tools and Muse Remote.

Enjoy!
