Is this upgrade applicable to the 2+ or only the 2?

It is good for the 2+ as well. Make sure you load it over the top of the last previous revision. So check your OS number and work your way up from there.

I'm running 1.8.20110125 (which I'm assuming is later version than 1.8.20100924) on a 2+. When I try to update to 1.9.20111221 it comes back FAILED. I've tried updating from both the front panel and Receptor Remote. Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?

You may need to upgrade to inbetween versions first.

That was my first thought but on their website I don't see anything between 1.8.20100924 and 1.8.20110125 so I'm thinking I have the highest version of 1.8

Hi rbisco,

your current 1.8 version should be fine. Check the end of the install log. its on the Receptor drive in the Reports folder. It should let you know what error is messing things up. If your not sure what its saying just post it here, or open a free help desk ticket and upload the install log.
