I think I'm getting the hang of this. Making the controls work bidirectionally was a bit of a pain - preventing MIDI loops. Had to use the z parameters in Lemur (touch detection) to control routers in Reaktor.

Nice! I wonder if you can use this easily with Alchemy?cryophonik wrote:So, here's the first module that I've developed for my Lemur (for iPad). Yeah, it's pretty basic and it's based on one of the factory modules, but scripting/coding isn't my main gig by any means, so be nice dammit! It's a dual XY controller for controlling the cutoff and resonance of 2 filters individually. It's pre-mapped for Z3TA 2, but you can easily adapt it (e.g., using the Lemur Editor or MIDI learn in your DAW/synth) for any other synth or filter plugin. It really works nice at low speeds with a minimal range to add some random movement to your filters (e.g., one low-pass and one hi-pass or band-pass). At high speeds and large ranges, you get all-out filter mayhem.
Suggestions for improvement are welcome.

Thanks! Yes, you can use this to control Alchemy's XY pads or Remix Pads very easily using MIDI Learn - use the axis lock buttons on each of the Lemur filter controllers when learning each axis.quantum7 wrote: Nice! I wonder if you can use this easily with Alchemy?
These look cool but I'm not getting them to do anything. Are you supposed to use OSC or midi with them? - I can't see any setup instructions (on Mac)steveyt wrote:Reaktor iPad templates for L3, skrewell and spacedrone mod now available from the liine premium content page, and a video:

Very nice indeed
Osc. In osc reaktor settings, activate and local with port 10,000. You will need to add an entry called Lemur with the ipad's ip address on port 8,000.aMUSEd wrote:These look cool but I'm not getting them to do anything. Also that Live app Mu - does it only work if you have Max for Live installed too? Would it work for Intro?

No, they're free. I'm nothing to do with liine. I have been using Antonio Blanca's templates for a while so I'm just pointing these out as they're amazing in my opinion. I highly recommend using abreakpoint2 with abysnth.Grain Bastard wrote:Hi Steveyt, steveyt wrote:Reaktor iPad templates for L3, skrewell and spacedrone mod now available from the liine premium content page, and a video:

Does the 'premium content' mean they aren't free??? I just logged in and downloaded them easy enough but ain't put them on the iPad yet. I'm cool with paying for stuff but I'd like to know if this is maybe a business model Liine are going to take.
BTW, I'm maybe wrongly assuming your something to do with 'Liine', so please accept my applologies if your not
Thanks in advance
Lol, nice one mate. I thought when I was typing that I wasn't 100% you were part of Liine and that you maybe just spreading the word, hence my disclaimer at the end of my post.steveyt wrote:No, they're free. It all works on a PC. iconnectmidi and all midi interfaces that connect to the CCK are Class Compliant. (You can't use the CCK without a midi interface)bemushroomed wrote:Is it possible to connect this using iconnectmidi or the camera kit to a PC? As i understand it its compatible with core midi but that's iOS only. im not too intersted in wireless connection.
