Hi,
I've changed to PS1 v2 recently and tried to install the latest version of SM. I tried to install both 32bit and even the 64bit version but they still couldn't been seen on the vst list in PS1 v2. My installation path is D:\vst\kv311\.... which is very similar to other vst synth installation approach. What went wrong? Pls advise.
Cheers!

Hello,
I use SM 2.5 with S1 v.2 without problems. Could you check if SynthMaster (SynthMaster2.dll) is installed in Studio One VST plug-in folder? You can set VST path(s) in Studio One via "Studio One" menu -> "Options" -> "Locations" -> "VST Plug-Ins".
BTW:
Artist version doesn't support third party VST plug-ins.
Best,
Janusz

BTW:
Current 64-bit version of Studio One doesn't support 32-bit VST plug-ins (and vice versa). So if you use 64-bit S1, you need use 64-bit versions of VST plug-ins or use external solution like JBridge. I think S1 R&D team will implement internal bridge functionality soon, because lot of people asked about this on their forum.

Hi, thanks for ur reply. However, I've tried both 32 bit and 64 bit version of SM with Studio 1 v2 (64bit).
Other installation of the vst synth could be able to see and use (e.g. Korg staff and Dune etc..)

Unfortunately, I use 32-bit version of S1, so I can't check this issue on my machine. However, 64-bit version of S1 should detect SynthMaster 64-bit.cowby wrote:Hi, thanks for ur reply. However, I've tried both 32 bit and 64 bit version of SM with Studio 1 v2 (64bit).

64 bit version of Synthmaster does not show up for me either in Studio One V2 x64 only the 32 bit version works for me. I already told Bulent about this and i think he's working on it. Although the folder is placed in my vst x6 plugins folder it's not detected at all by Studio One.

Guys I'm working on this issue. It's strange, because it works ok inside Reaper 64 bits.

It shows up on my s1v2 x64. Just started installing all my x64 plugins last night. So I have the 32bit installed in one location, x64 in another, both show up in their respective host versions.

I just tested with 32bit version of S1 v2. No problems. Time to test with 64bit version, that'll happen tomorrow.
