Yes, it will be awesome to record the movements of the remix pad as well as the side parameters individually on alchemy mobile. However, in the meantime with a little practice, you can route the audio in your daw and record it live. Like an actual <gasp> instrument. Lol, I kid of course, but it is a decent workaround especially with the advent of audio sample manipulation, one can really get great sounds out of these. Thanks for work!

Indeed - I use a dock line out on my iPad into my little Zoom H2 which is fine but a bit fiddly. But recording automation and directly exporting would be best. Now, editing that automation in a sequencer - that would be very special...hogo wrote:Yes, it will be awesome to record the movements of the remix pad as well as the side parameters individually on alchemy mobile. Any news yet? If not can you please swing it so that I win? That way I'll have a nice pot of dough for when the Moog Minitaur gets releasedDogboy73 wrote:....... yeah, yeah. But is there any news on the Alchemy Mobile video competition?! Did I win the 500 big ones??

Oh, crap!! That means that if I do win people might think my plea for clemency could have counted for something!!ZenPunkHippy wrote:I've got the votes now, so we'll make an announcement in a day or two (finally!!). Good luck

BTW is there a place where we can see all the entries? Were they all posted to YouTube? A found a few Alchemy demos around the stated 3 minute length for the competition. I figured these had been entered as well.

I'll have to find an alternative way of satisfying my GAS
We didn't receive a lot of entries ... all in our favourites list here:BTW is there a place where we can see all the entries? Were they all posted to YouTube? A found a few Alchemy demos around the stated 3 minute length for the competition. I figured these had been entered as well.

And yeah, the nice list of new analogues from NAMM is a bit disturbing for the wallet. Unless a real demo of the Minitaur blows me away, I think I'm gonna stick to what I already have.
The one I'm most interested in is the Macbeth Vortex, that looks like a proper beast ... but unfortunately is also the most expensive

It usually is! I think it gets worse (or better, depending how far gone you are) every year!!ZenPunkHippy wrote:And yeah, the nice list of new analogues from NAMM is a bit disturbing for the wallet.
I'm really impressed with what Arturia have done with the Minibrute. But from what we've heard/seen so far I'm still sold on the Minitaur. Almost certainly going to buy one .... one way or another!!Unless a real demo of the Minitaur blows me away, I think I'm gonna stick to what I already have.

I'd not seen that one before. Looks (extremely) vintage. Sounds bloody good as well.

We (finally!!) announced the winners last week but I forgot that some people don't make it as far as the Camel Audio forum:

That is so cool. Do all companies do what their customers want, but we were too afraid to ask before? The video that placed second I thought was the best out of all the ones I looked at on YouTube. When I saw that one I knew I'd have to up my game. I thought that would have won it to be honest. No top 3 for me. Not so much as an American Apparel T-shirt with a Camel Audio logo on itZenPunkHippy wrote:We (finally!!) announced the winners last week but I forgot that some people don't make it as far as the Camel Audio forum:
