For me Shreddage is always out of phase, is there a way to fix that?

I have checked the phase at playback, it switches from on phase to out of phase every second or 2

Me too sometimes, both Shreddage Original and Shreddage X. Maybe it's error of Kontakt version, or wrong selection of sample order? I don't know.

Can you be more specific? Do you mean when you have a master patch loaded (normal + DT patches playing simultaneously), stuff is canceling out...?

...I hear it as if it playing the same RR order both patches /normal and DT/ for a short time mono but the rest of it is playing well. Sometimes it is cyclic.

Very strange. And this is with the original or Shreddage X? Have you downloaded the latest patch(es)? I seem to recall this might have been a problem at one point, but we later fixed it... also, is this with ONLY sustains or also palm mutes?

It happens when I bounce them to wave files and pan them hard left and right.

It's with both old and new patches of Shreddage X, haven't tried Shreddage but I will tomorrow and report back

And they phase at both palm muting and sustains

Could be caused by the way you're rendering stuff. Basically, you want ANY midi data to go to both the normal + DT patches simultaneously. There should never be a situation where only one is getting MIDI and the other isn't, due to the way the double tracking system works.

Here's what I mean. We have 8 RRs. You play 8 mutes in a row, triggering the following RRs:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 (1/3/5/7 being down, 2/4/6/8 being up)

If you're sending this MIDI data to the DT patch - which is how it is set up by default - the DT patch will trigger

3 4 5 6 7 8 1 2

So at any point, you're hearing two different recordings left and right. But now let's say you play just one or the other. Kontakt will cycle RRs for just that patch, and you might end up synchronizing them. They DO share the same pool of recordings. The difference is simply in how they are ordered.

I have created a virtual instrument track using one midi to output to two channels using Shreddage multi.

The problem is still there.

Would you mind rendering it so I can hear what it sounds like, with the outputs panned hard left/hard right? Preferably clean or relatively lo-gain.
