Installation of M-Tron Pro : FAILED :( need help asap please!!!

I recently purchased M-Tron Pro and then the Receptor crossgrade which a subsequently installed on my iLok with no issues.

Next I went to Plugorama, and downloaded the M-Tron Pro .MRPK install file. I dragged to the "Drop Installers Here" folder. However, when I ran the installer from the GUI, it failed.

I ran the Utility to clean up plugins and tried again multiple times but with the same results.

I am really frustrated as I cant think of anything else to do to get this plugin installed on my unit. I am using the following hardware:

Receptor 2
OS ver 1.9.20111221
Win XP SP3

I am total noob with Linux. Is there anything else I can do to possibly remove any previous failed installations? I dont know what else to do since this should be working easily and it is a "fully supported" plugin supposedly.

Please help I really needed to use this this weekend!

3/22/12 UPDATE:

Well after a very lengthy & time-consuming process I managed to get this plugin installed. Im not entirely sure what I did to make it work but here are some of the steps I took:

1. I had an ongoing ticket open on Plugorama. This culminated in getting some info from Muse (which im not at liberty to share) about going into root access and uninstalling previous plugin installs that weren't showing up. This was helpful information, however it did NOT end up being the solution to my problem, as it never showed up that the plugin was installed ever.

2. I re-ran the "refresh plugins" a few times, clearing the cache between each time (holding 'Multi button' and pressing 'power' 3x quickly. (I had already done this previously)

3. I tried downloading some other, smaller .MRPK files from Plugorama. First, I unplugged my iLok. then I tried reinstalling various plugins, one at the time. I cleared the cache after each install. I was able to get them ALL installed (albeit in demo mode) except M-Tron Pro for some reason. At this point, I was starting to think something was wrong with the Plugorama file.

4. I installed some other GMedia Plugins, specifically Imposcar, Oddity, no problems. Next, I installed VSM. It took a bit longer, but finally it installed. Next, I attempted another install of M-Tron Pro, crossed my fingers and lo & behold it worked! Now I had it installed but it showed up in demo mode only. I plugged in my iLok, rebooted and launched the demo which activated the authorization.

Hopefully this info will be of help to someone.
