Hello, I am new in MuLab, I bought the license yesterday. User manual is sometimes very brief for me :)

Can I ask You how to make the fadeins, fadeouts and crossfades in audio files ?

And is it possible to punch in - punch out audio recording or quick cut recording at least ?

Do You prepare any audio editing tutorial ?

Thank You for Answers !

Sorry my English :(

At the moment I think it can be done only via mixer's fader, but I might be wrong.

Fade in/out: click on the audio part. At the bottom left of the composer you see the file name, and the part properties. Besides pan and volume per audio part, you can set the fade in and fade out (look at the tooltips).
If i'm not wrong, the max fade time in 1/4 note length of current tempo.

Crossfade: Split the parts, set fade out and fade in and drag the fading in part over the fading out end. Or split the parts 'late'/'early' and set the fades.

Please note, once you split a part, you can still make them longer/shorter by moving the part start/end. As the part contains the entire audio, just with new start/end markers, the audio part will be 'filled' with the correct audio when a part is made longer.

I hope this helps

Maybe my writing is too complicated...
Say you have 3 takes of a piece on adjacent tracks.
Just move the start and end of each part so that you have the best 'comp'.
Let the parts overlap a bit and ajust the fade in/out.

I get seamless results with this method.

Thank You all for Answers, this possibility with part properties I know.
I thought some simpler method, autocrossfade function or so ...

Thanks !
