And while you're adding adpaks to your basket, have a close look at Reel Machines. Meh, you might say - we have enough Simmons, Linn, TRX0X etc. already. But those sound really amazing and unique. They played back the sounds in a studio and recorded the room sound/ambience as well. Really cool.

Now that FXpansion has cut the price on BFD2, is there any dealer that gives a deeper discount? What's the best price on this currently?

Also, I'd prefer to get a boxed copy, so free shipping from somewhere would be nice too.

I saw audioMidi had free shipping for the boxed version. Don't know about the download version.

Audiodeluxe doesn't seem to carry the Fxpansion line (too bad) and I haven't seen any other discounts.

Does JRR have a code that can be used?

FYI, Got a cold call from Sweetwater this morning. In the past they've never been able to beat a deal that I could get elsewhere. Today, they finally came through, giving a bit of a break on BFD2 and discounting it somewhat lower than the current $149 sale price. Plus free shipping.

very cool. If you want a good deal on cymbals to add to BFD , fxpansion just announced Buy One, Get One Free on the Digital Vault S-Packs Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 available from their website. (normally $79.99 each)

Once you get BFD2, do try to get a platinum samples pack. the drums are a lot better than the stock BFD sounds.

So just posted about the NI komplete deal but I had a few questions. You guys know if they usually do special pricing at some point on just crossgrades? I had been thinking about crossgrading from my reaktor up to komplete 8 and that was like 340, so I was hoping to wait for a 50% off crossgrade deal but didnt know if that would ever come.

trying to figure out if the 300$ current deal would be worth it or not.

Also do you know if you can sell of your spare licenses? I assume that the upgrade would be based on one of the products they list, so would that mean any others I have I could then sell?
