At least not any more. If you're really having issues with it, sell your license and move on. Dune should do the trick for you and there's a 64 bit version if memory serves. I never bought it because I felt it covered too much of the same ground that Sylenth1 does, but I remember thinking it had a similar kind of sound to it.
i may add dune to my arsenal, it's a GREAT synth (and i use zebra already).
but i have A LOT of songs with instances of S1, and...am not (yet...) about to replace each one with something new.
(i also have a HUGE library of patches for the S1).

will stay with it (as long as logic, and life, allow...)
That's a good plan. I might, if I were you, duplicate those Sylenth1 tracks and freeze them, just in case.

right up to a finished mix, i am constantly tweaking and sometimes completely changing sounds, or the parts played..
consequently, i NEVER freeze tracks, or convert to audio.

one of the essential joys (for me) in DAW-based recording work, is keeping things 'liquid' until the mix is final.

otherwise...will cross that bridge when i come to it. :D

Hello everyone.

I just sent emails to Loopmasters, Vengeance-Sound and many other developers that make presets for Sylenth1.

I told them about our problem and the need for Sylenth1 to be updated.

I asked them if there is anything they can do, maybe "pressure" Lennardigital into updating.

One would guess it would be in their interest as well since they sell sounds and would probably want to continue to do so to as big a market as possible.

Maybe you people could do the same, and maybe together we can bring about change.

I am even considering writing to Lennardigital through old fashioned paper snail-mail...
Yes, i figured out his company street address in Arnhem, The netherlands. Not that that was hard to do :) I mean the company is registered with the chamber of commerce.

So if you feel like taking action, maybe you could do the same.

Hope this helps, it will definitely do more than just bitch about it amongst ourselves right?

I do not agree with this method. Who are you to start "pressuring" Lennard about 64bit sylenth? I am assuming your problem is that there is no 64 bit version since you copied and pasted your message to every 64bit sylenth thread. Its his synth and he may do with it as he pleases. When you bought Sylenth there was nothin in the agreement that there will be a 64 bit version, which he doesnt give now, and breaking his promise. He didnt break any promise you bought sylenth as is. Its not his fault you are moving into a 64 bit environment.

Yes you are right, this is a great synth we don't want it to fade away. There is still nothing directly comparable to it. We have a windows 64-bit though right?

Maybe that's the reason that the Swedish House Mafia had to split? Aren't they defined by Sylenth? ;-)

We need Sylenth. There is no alternative.
