I just had a stupid idea which may be useful.
There is ALWAYS confusion about the deadlines because of the timezones etc.

Maybe we could use a countdown like this for the next contest and post the link in the first post.
I used this site to generate it. It's this best site I can find at the moment.

Just an idea

My example countdown is just a stupid countdown to the PAX Mass Effect panel by the way
