[MXXX] Feature Request: Value Offset for Midi Note Controllers

When using midi notes (logarithmic mode or linear modes) to control a parameter, I think it would be very useful to be able to offset the target parameter from the positions the midi notes tell it to go to as default. So, whichever note gets sent, the target parameter is offset by the same amount each time. This could be used to control an eq bands frequency, for instance, whereby you could pick out a certain harmonic or region of harmonics for a certain note, using the offset feature, which would then produce a consistent sound while playing up and down the keyboard. Of course it would be a very handy feature to have whichever parameter you were controlling.

What do you think Vojtech, is this something you would be interested in implementing?

Yeah I do tend to struggle to explain myself in a clear way. I'll try to do better this time.

Right, I set up midi notes (in logarithmic mode) to control a parameter. Lets say it's the global dry/wet. Now if I press C1 on my keyboard the dry/wet goes to 27.2%, C2 goes to 37.2%, C3 47.2% etc. What I want is the option to offset those values, for example, C1 now moves dry/wet to 50%, C2 60%, C3 70% etc. This is just an example to hopefully make it clear what I mean.

Another example, using an eq, like in my previous post:

Set midi notes to control the frequency of an eq band. When I press C3 the band moves to 523hz. This isn't where I want it to be. I want it to go to 1046hz (an octave above) when I press C3. Now every midi note I press makes the eq jump to a frequency an octave above what it would do without any offset applied.
