I have spent a lot of time with Cubase6 lately. The workflow drives me nuts but it is heck of a powerful DAW, especially for advanced midi editing. But that's another discussion...

Ok well there's nothing close to Omni for lush soundscapes. I have Absynth, Alchemy (player with a load of expansions) as well and although they're good, Omni is just better.hibidy wrote:At 400usd shipped w/6 mon no interest.......it's a done deal.
@tehlord: That is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. The synths I have are going nowhere (I'm working on learning massive better as we speak) but I want that lush soundcasape with the evolving patterns.
Sucks ordering in on a weekend. No worries, I have plenty to keep me occupied until then. And the instructional vids are fab!
great ambient stuff, even when only listening on crappy Ipad speaker !tehlord wrote:Ok well there's nothing close to Omni for lush soundscapes. This is all Omni apart from the strings which are Alchemy, and the vocals which are half my misses and half samples from Total India
