Live Effects Serial to share

So far the "Live Effects" play the effects in parallel.
I felt i needed the effects in a serial way.
So here is "Live Effects Serial".

The setup and basic working is the same as before. Please refer to the html document.
Effects are applied from left to right ("C"-key first, "B"-key last). You can use any number of effects at the same time. So, some care might go into effect placement.
One note if you are short of cpu or don't need one slot: if you ALT-click the 'red'-boxes they will be disabled. This works for VST based effects as well.

As the old version had a little bug (the "A" key did not receive note events) i upload the full package.
Some more effects added as well.

Just copy the entire folder under User/Mux//Effects.

Needs Mulab 4.1 or later.
