Change Notes Lenght

Hi,
I cannot figure out how Change Lenght function with = operator works. Is there a tutorial about that?

If you input for example "0.2" all (selected) nots will get length 2 beats.
All music times and lengths in MuLab follow the format Bars.Beats.Ticks.
