Well, to my official Arturia Ticket they still have not respondet. I got help from a forum moderator who told the webmaster look into my account.

Hi Again
Just thought I'd note that I got Spark and the V Collection 2 as part of the Hybrid Madness promotion and I registered and received the necessary codes etc with no issues at all. Couldn't have been more straight forward.
During the registration of Spark, I got a confirmation prompt after I clicked submit. This is just to invite you to re-check that you've input the correct details. At this point, it tells you that your free product(s) will be available to choose from after you confirm that you have input the correct Serial Number and Unlock Code for the correct product.
In my case (Spark), my Serial Number and Unlock Code were on the plastic card stuck on the inside front cover of its manual - where the installation CD is. Obviously, I did not get to choose my free product due to Spark automatically coming with the entire V Collection 2 (sweet!).
Therefore, on the next page, my Serial Numbers and Authorization Codes for Spark and V Collection 2 appeared - and remain so in my account.
Done.

Hi,
i tried the Jupiter V8 Demo , i dont know but this doesnt sound like the real one at all to me. Furthermore the patches seem to be mediocre. Does anyone have an idea, what other non-arturia plugin could be better to compare?
